Almost

I turned in my WMST paper yesterday. 21 pages on The Americans with Disabilities Act and its Marginalization of Women in the Workplace

Rhetoric paper due today, then a 3 page paper due next Tuesday.

In the past 3 days, I've gotten a total of 10 hours of sleep. I'm quite excited to crash after this paper, and the crab feast! I hope it's not too cold out...

Ok, back to my paper...

And my countdown of things I will miss about TU.

This.

Research Proven :)

THESIS DONE! Hypothesis proven :)

In case you wanted to read an excerpt -

A mixed methods approach is extremely useful and beneficial for my research. The mixed method design allows for both qualitative and quantitative research methods. I hope to collect tangible evidence in the form of quantitative research to conclusively prove the effectiveness of icebreakers and their contribution to the productivity of a group. The qualitative data will come from the open-ended survey questions and the many articles and books about Millennials’ needs in addition to the limited research on the purpose of icebreakers.
